Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Sales and Customer Service

Reports to: Manager or Supervisor

Type of Position: Full Time

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY

No previous car wash experience is necessary. You bring the motivation and skills—we’ll teach you the rest!

• Superior customer service at all times
• Happily assist team members and customers
• Inform customers about the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club (UWC)
• Navigate customers through the wash experience by educating them on our wash packages

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills and an outgoing attitude
• The ability to build relationships with customers and educate using soft-sell approaches, interact with customers as needed to answer questions.
• High energy and interest in having fun outdoors on their feet in hot or cold weather
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
• Follow the standardized work process for all car wash vehicles; includes ability to perform standardized work for driver-side and passenger-side of all vehicles
• Maintain appearance and functionality of facility by picking up trash, sweeping, cleaning windows, cleaning vacuum lines etc.
• Perform job functions safely, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience is preferred

TECHNICAL/FUNCTION SPECIFIC
• Ability to process transactions accurately with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of car wash basics, customer service and hospitality

• Ability to stand and/or walk for majority of scheduled shift, typically 8-10 hours per day, though possibly more when overtime is required
• Using proper lifting techniques, ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and safety shoes

Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Department: Leadership

Reports to: Site Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Car Wash Assistant Manager’s responsible is to assist the Car Wash Site Manager. CWASM is responsible for all aspect of business operations including but not limited to providing positive leadership direction to team members to ensure the delivery of a great guest experience and a high standard of operational performance while controlling costs, enhancing sales and delivering credible profit margins with the Site Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage all staff in alongside and in the absence of the site manager
• Assist Site Manager to implement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness and reliability of the wash
• Assist to monitor and order chemical
• Work directly with Site Manager owner to oversee the operation of the car wash
• Assist the Site Manager is diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Measure and calculate chemical cost and monitor inventory
• Shadow Site Manager to learn his/her position
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant Carwash Team Leader experience
• Retail Management experience a plus
• Proficient Skills Level with hand and electric tools.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTION SPECIFIC

• Intermediate computer skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Working knowledge of DRB software and NCS equipment
